BAOFENG.BAOFENG was established on March 15, 2021, with its registered location in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. It is a company specializing in the research, development, and production of ultra-long coils made from stainless steel and special alloy steel. The company was jointly funded and established by Baofeng Steel Group and Zhejiang Jingning Clean Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The production facility spans over 30,000 square meters with a workforce of more than 220 employees. With a total investment of 150 million yuan, it houses four state-of-the-art production lines dedicated to manufacturing ultra-long seamless stainless steel coils. The production process employs: hot extrusion/piercing + cold rolling + cold drawing + bright vacuum solution heat treatment. BAOFENG produces 12,000 tons of stainless steel seamless coils annually, supplying safe and reliable products to industries including petroleum, natural gas, power generation, semiconductors, nuclear power, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, and new energy. Key products encompass: stainless steel coils, welded coils, control conduits, capillary tubes, multi-core tubes, chemical injection lines, encapsulation lines, geothermal coils, and seamless coils.
