BBMG.BBMG is located in the Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, covering an area of 477 mu, with a registered capital of 541.25 million RMB. The company possesses over 400 units of advanced domestic and international production equipment, complemented by more than 50 sets of testing and inspection equipment. This includes a direct-reading spectrometer imported from Germany, an ONH gas analyzer, a CS analyzer, a hydraulic universal testing machine, an impact testing machine, a friction and wear testing machine, various hardness testers, a 3D dimensional scanner, an ultrasonic flaw detector, a magnetic particle flaw detector, and dye penetrant testing equipment. BBMG comprises two main production units: Manufacturing Division I and Manufacturing Division II. Manufacturing Division I operates 2 lost-foam casting lines, 1 sand casting line, 8 2-ton medium-frequency furnaces, 4 5-ton medium-frequency furnaces, 2 electric heat treatment furnaces, and 7 shot blasting machines. With an annual design capacity of 20,000 tons, it primarily produces castings weighing less than 10 tons, serving industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, pumps and valves, and industrial gearboxes. Products mainly include wear-resistant parts, heat-resistant parts, and hammer heads. Manufacturing Division II is equipped with one 30-ton medium-frequency furnace, one 20-ton medium-frequency furnace, one 15-ton electric arc furnace, one 40-ton electric arc furnace, one 20-ton LF refining furnace, and one 50-ton LF refining furnace; four 50–300-ton gas-fired heat treatment furnaces; two 30–120-ton shot blasting machines; and an overhead crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 150 tons. With an annual design capacity of 25,000 tons, the division primarily produces castings ranging from 10 to 100 tons, serving industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, power generation, and petrochemicals. Major products include grinding discs, ring gears, gear rings, support rollers, crusher frames, mill hollow shafts, marine components, baffle sleeves, cylinder blocks, and valves.
