BBMG.BBMG is located in the Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, covering an area of 477 mu with a registered capital of RMB 541.25 million. BBMG possesses over 400 sets of domestically and internationally advanced production equipment, complemented by more than 50 sets of testing and inspection apparatus including German-imported direct-reading spectrometers, ONH gas analyzers, CS analyzers, hydraulic universal testing machines, impact testing machines, friction and wear testing machines, Brinell/Rockwell/Leeb hardness testers, 3D dimensional scanners, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and dye penetrant flaw detectors. BBMG operates two primary production units: Manufacturing Division I and Manufacturing Division II. Manufacturing Division I features two lost foam production lines, one sand molding production line, eight 2-ton medium-frequency furnaces, four 5-ton medium-frequency furnaces, two electric heat treatment units, and seven shot blasting machines. With an annual design capacity of 20,000 tons, it primarily produces castings under 10 tons for industries including building materials, metallurgy, mining, pumps and valves, and industrial reducers. Key products include wear-resistant parts, heat-resistant components, and hammer heads. Manufacturing Division II operates one 30-ton medium-frequency furnace, one 20-ton medium-frequency furnace, one 15-ton electric arc furnace, one 40-ton electric arc furnace, one 20-ton LF refining furnace, one 50-ton LF refining furnace, four 50-300-ton gas-fired heat treatment furnaces, two 30-120-ton shot blasting machines, and a maximum 150-ton overhead crane. With an annual design capacity of 25,000 tons, it primarily produces castings ranging from 10 to 100 tons, serving industries including building materials, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, power generation, and petrochemicals. Key products include grinding discs, tyre rings, gear rings, support rollers, crusher frames, mill hollow shafts, marine components, partition sleeves, cylinder blocks, and valves.
