BLACKCAT.BLACKCAT is a joint-stock company established in July 2001 by Jingdezhen Black Cat Group under a strategy of related diversification, focusing on the comprehensive utilization of carbon black as a resource. It listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September 2006, becoming China's first state-owned asset-controlled company to list a single carbon black product through market operations. As of the end of 2023, the company's registered capital stood at RMB 741 million, with total assets of RMB 7.94 billion, net assets of RMB 3.17 billion, and operating revenue of RMB 9.451 billion. Its core product, carbon black, has maintained the top position in China's carbon black industry for production and sales volume for twenty consecutive years, ranking among the world's top four carbon black producers. Primary products include: rubber carbon black, specialty carbon black, green carbon black, white carbon black, new material products, wet-process masterbatch, and phenolic resin.
