BOSHIQIUTI was founded in 2005 and is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is a professional enterprise specializing in the research and production of valve spheres. The factory is equipped with a blank forging workshop, a steel plate welding workshop, a seamless pipe rolling workshop, and a CNC precision machining center, building a fully closed-loop production chain from raw material forming to precision machining. Enterprises can provide spherical products covering multiple materials, including mainstream grades such as 2Cr13, A105, LF2, F316, F304, F51, F53, etc. The categories include floating (Q41) spheres, fixed (Q47) spheres, tee (T-shaped) spheres, four-way spheres, bent (L-shaped) spheres, V-shaped adjustable spheres, special hard seal spheres, as well as various specifications of ball balls and steel plate hollow sleeves using argon arc welding technology, which can adapt to the assembly needs of different valve structures. In the surface treatment process, the product can achieve special processes such as electroplating ENP, ion TCC, STL alloy spraying with high hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The blank forming supports multiple process paths such as forging, casting, and welding. The heat treatment process can complete customized treatments such as solid solution, annealing, tempering, normalizing, and quenching. The core product line covers sleeve balls, hollow balls, straight through fixed balls, bent ball balls, tee ball balls, solid ball with vent holes, customized fixed balls, and hard sealed ball sections, providing high-precision and durable core ball components for various industrial valves.
