As a vital production and R&D base for critical foundational materials in China's high-end equipment manufacturing sector, it is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales of specialty alloys including nickel-based alloys, high-temperature alloys, and corrosion-resistant alloys. Its products are primarily used in the manufacturing of high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosion-resistant equipment for industries such as environmental protection, petrochemical pressure vessels, shipbuilding, and polysilicon production. Phase I and II construction encompass production workshops for alloy melting, master alloy melting, open die forging, die forging, ring rolling, heat treatment, machining, and tube rolling. Key equipment includes: a 6-ton Consac gas-shielded electroslag furnace, a 3-ton gas-shielded electroslag furnace, 12-ton and 2-ton electroslag remelting furnaces, 1-ton and 2-ton degassing furnaces, a 5,000-ton Schenck rapid forging press, a 1,600-ton rapid forging press, a 6-ton electro-hydraulic hammer and a 1-ton forging air hammer, 6,300-ton and 2,500-ton electric screw presses, 630-ton and 1250-ton flat forging presses, 300-ton and 700-ton vertical ring rolling mills, 1.2-meter and 2.5-meter horizontal ring rolling mills, 600-ton and 2000-ton bulging machines, large heat treatment furnaces, and multiple CNC lathes. The facility is equipped with German-imported SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometers, glow discharge spectrometers, ICP-AES, fluorescence spectrometers, American LECO oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen gas analyzers, German LEICA metallurgical microscopes, American NITON portable spectrometers, high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, universal testing machines, hardness analyzers, water immersion rod flaw detection equipment, water immersion ultrasonic automatic C-scan systems, ultrasonic flaw detectors, intergranular corrosion testing suites, and low-magnification corrosion testing equipment. Primary products include: flanges, pipe fittings, pipes, strips, plates, wires, and forgings.
