CENSCIENCE.CENSCIENCE was established in 2009 and entered the tunnel boring machine manufacturing sector in 2011. As a high-end equipment enterprise specializing in shield machines/TBM manufacturing, the company occupies 220 acres with eight modern workshops and 1,000 employees. Through four major centers—welding, machining, subassembly, and final assembly—it achieves efficient assembly line operations with an annual production capacity of 100 units. As one of the world's few manufacturers capable of producing “all types and all diameters” of tunnel boring machines, its product portfolio encompasses five major categories: earth pressure balance shields, slurry balance shields, hard rock TBMs, special-shaped shields, and vertical shields, with diameters ranging from 2 meters to 24 meters. These machines are extensively deployed in major domestic and international projects including subways, municipal infrastructure, highways, railways, water conservancy, mining, and military applications, and are exported to numerous countries across Europe, America, and Asia.
