CHENGD.CHENGD was founded in 1988, starting with cold-drawn small-diameter seamless steel pipes. After over 30 years of development, it has grown into a major industrial manufacturer of seamless steel pipes. CHENGD has a registered capital of 210 million yuan and, by 2023, had accumulated total assets of 1.2 billion yuan. The company is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Operating under international standards, CHENGD has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, EPC oil casing certification, and international/domestic ABS, BV, LR, and CCS classification society certifications. CHENGDE's Physical and Chemical Testing Center holds national CNAS laboratory accreditation and possesses a Special Equipment (Pressure Pipeline Components) Manufacturing License issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. CHENGDE operates two complete steel pipe production lines: a 200,000-ton Ф127 production line and an 80,000-ton short-process three-roll continuous Ф76 production line.
