Various drive types are available, including manual, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic, and pneumatic-hydraulic. To ensure product quality, CHENGGAO is equipped with precision casting and forging production lines, as well as over 100 sets of specialized equipment, including machining centers, CNC machine tools, CNC boring machines, large vertical lathes, plasma spray welders, ultrasonic cleaners, and fully automatic coating lines. All critical components are manufactured using CNC machining. The company has also established a comprehensive testing system, equipped with advanced testing equipment such as large-scale valve comprehensive performance test benches, direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, and high/low-temperature test chambers, to implement full-process quality control. In terms of certification, CHENGGAO has obtained a series of authoritative domestic and international certifications, including ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, TS Special Pressure Equipment Manufacturing License Certification, API Certification from the American Petroleum Institute, and EU CE Safety Certification, and strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 international quality management standard.
