CTP.CTP was established on August 14, 1981, with its registered location in Beichen District, Tianjin. With 60 years of design and manufacturing experience, particularly since introducing advanced foreign products in 1984, CTP has fully mastered the core technologies of internationally advanced screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, and other products through over 20 years of digestion, absorption, and production. To adapt to China's electrical specifications, CTP conducted secondary development on the imported Japanese Taiko centrifugal pump series, expanding its application scope. Building upon tracking international advanced counterparts, CTP's independently developed projects include: HW Series Multiphase Pumps and their Skid-Mounted Systems; HPW high-pressure twin-screw pumps; HTW high-temperature twin-screw pumps; SNHG high-pressure triple-screw pumps; 3GW high-temperature triple-screw pumps; PW single-screw pump sludge discharge units, among other new product series. Currently, CTP's single-screw, twin-screw, triple-screw, centrifugal, and gear pumps are fully capable of replacing imported products and possess strong international competitiveness. CTP possesses advanced machining equipment and robust screw rotor processing capabilities. Currently, CTP can machine various profile screw rotors with diameters ranging from 10 to 630 mm and lengths from 90 to 6000 mm. In 1994, CTP obtained ISO 9001 international quality standard certification within China's pump industry. In 1997, it passed the GJB/Z9001 quality management system audit for China's general machinery and water pump sectors. In 2007, CTP further achieved GB/T19001-2000 and GJB/9001A-2001 quality certifications from China's New Era Quality Certification Center. In 2016, it obtained ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certification and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. CTP's quality assurance system operates reliably. Primary products include: single-screw pumps, twin-screw pumps, triple-screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, skid-mounted multiphase pumps, and other specialized products.
