The deep integration of China's ambulance industry and new energy industry is accelerating the construction of a new ecosystem of 'electrification+intelligence+standardization'. Represented by companies such as Yutong and BYD, pure electric ambulance products have been mass-produced, such as the ECMO ambulance model ZK5040XJH46 and the Quanshun V363 pure electric version, equipped with high-density lithium batteries and intelligent temperature control systems, achieving stable battery operation in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 45 ℃, significantly improving range and safety. The 5G-A network fully empowers pre hospital emergency care, achieving millisecond level feedback of vital sign data such as electrocardiogram, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and mobile CT images, building a 'get on the bus and be admitted' closed loop. Multidisciplinary teams within the hospital intervene in advance, reducing the response time for critical illness rescue by more than 50%. China takes the lead in formulating the world's first international standard for negative pressure ambulances, ISO/TS 17430:2025, establishing core indicators such as negative pressure value and filtration efficiency (≥ 99.97%) for medical cabins, and promoting the internationalization of Chinese standards. On the policy side, the reduction and exemption of purchase tax for new energy vehicles, the subsidy for trade in of old vehicles (up to 20000 yuan), and the continuous increase in pilot projects for electrification in the public sector have helped to rapidly increase the penetration rate of electric ambulances. The industry is transitioning from a 'transportation tool' to a 'mobile ICU', forming a complete innovation chain covering research and development, manufacturing, operation and maintenance, and standards.
