The integration of China's contactor industry and energy storage industry has formed a systematic upgrade characterized by high-voltage direct current contactors as the core and intelligent collaboration. In the energy storage system, the contactor undertakes key functions such as battery cluster charging and discharging on/off, arc suppression (double breakpoint+compressed gas arc extinguishing), thermal management (low temperature rise design), etc. It is suitable for 1500V DC high voltage platform and meets the requirements of high frequency (>100000 cycles) and high reliability (IEC 62619 standard). Domestic intelligent contactors such as Chint NXC1, Delixi CDC10, and Huichuan HV6 are equipped with temperature and current sensors, support CAN/PROFINET communication, and achieve millisecond level command interaction with BMS (20ms heartbeat message), accurately control the closure of positive/negative contactors, and build a 'perception decision execution' closed loop. The application scenarios cover household energy storage, containerized power stations, DC side of photovoltaic inverters, and high-power charging piles, achieving safe isolation of the entire charging discharging storage chain. By 2025, the market share of domestically produced contactors in the mid to high end energy storage market will increase to 58.7%, with a unit price reduction of 30% compared to imported products, promoting the evolution of energy storage systems from 'passive protection' to 'active intelligent control'.
