In the past decade, China's copper smelting equipment industry has achieved a transition from 'scale expansion' to 'intelligent and green', with a comprehensive upgrade of core technologies. Advanced processes have been widely popularized, and high-efficiency and low consumption technologies such as flash furnaces, Isa furnaces, and oxygen enriched side blowing smelting have become mainstream. Enterprises such as Jiangxi Copper Guixi and Nanguo Copper have built the world's largest single intelligent smelting production line, reducing the comprehensive energy consumption of copper smelting from 270 kg standard coal/ton to 191 kg standard coal/ton by 2025, a decrease of more than 30%. The localization rate has exceeded 78%, and 'chain main' enterprises such as State Machinery Heavy Industries have overcome 'bottleneck' equipment such as high-precision melting furnaces and intelligent control systems. Key components have achieved a transformation from import dependence to independent controllability. Intelligent deep reconstruction of production system, Guixi Factory of Jiangxi Copper Industry has built the world's first 'Excellent Intelligent Factory', integrating 5G, digital twin and AI predictive maintenance. The accuracy of equipment fault warning exceeds 92%, unplanned downtime is reduced by 67%, fault response time is compressed from 72 hours to 2 hours, and production efficiency is improved by 30%. The green and low-carbon achievements are significant, with stable control of SO ₂ emission concentration below 10 milligrams per cubic meter, far exceeding the national standard of 400 milligrams per cubic meter. The annual emission reduction of CO ₂ in a single plant of Nanguo Copper Industry exceeds 80000 tons. The Implementation Plan for High Quality Development of Copper Industry (2025-2027) strengthens standard guidance and promotes the transition of China's copper smelting equipment from 'manufacturing' to a new stage of 'intelligent manufacturing+standard output'.
