The Chinese furnace industry has accelerated its overseas expansion in the past decade, shifting from exporting low-end equipment to systematic output centered on intelligent, energy-saving, and high-purity manufacturing. High end equipment such as induction furnaces and vacuum melting furnaces have become the preferred choice for the global casting and new materials industry due to their technological advantages of reducing energy consumption by 35%, achieving temperature control accuracy of ± 3 ℃, and zero emissions. By 2025, the market size of China's induction furnaces will reach 12.86 billion yuan, and the proportion of exports will continue to rise. Southeast Asia has become a core growth pole, with enterprises such as Wolfe Furnace customizing mid frequency furnaces for mass export to meet local environmental regulations and high energy efficiency needs; India, Türkiye and other emerging markets have an average annual growth of more than 20% in the purchase of smelting equipment. Northern Huachuang has established an overseas service network through the acquisition of Akrion, a US company. Its vacuum heat treatment equipment is deeply linked to the supply chain of new energy battery materials such as CATL and BYD, supporting the 99.99% purity preparation of high nickel ternary cathode materials. Steel companies such as Nanjing Iron and Steel and Baowu have established factories in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia, driving the complete output of supporting furnace equipment and achieving 'capacity export+equipment synergy'. The industry is upgrading from 'selling equipment' to 'providing intelligent melting solutions', relying on PLC+SCADA systems and IoT remote operation and maintenance, to build a global green manufacturing network covering lithium, sodium, molten salt energy storage materials and photovoltaic silicon materials.
