In the field of industrial manufacturing, Hubei Yihua Chemical Machinery '10 Gigabit Factory' realized real-time collaborative control of 6000 ton press, plate bending machine and other equipment through 5G+edge computing, improved the efficiency of weld quality inspection by 140%, and reduced the time delay from seconds to milliseconds; In the smart water management scenario, the 5G intelligent constant pressure irrigation system relies on edge gateways to dynamically adjust the pump speed, achieve stable control of water pressure ± 0.02MPa, eliminate water hammer effects, and extend equipment life. The 5G virtualization industrial control gateway developed by China Mobile, combined with 5G+TAN deterministic network technology, achieves end-to-end latency jitter of less than 10 microseconds and a 40% reduction in packet loss rate, meeting the requirements of high-precision closed-loop control. Beijing, Chongqing, Shenyang and other places have included the intelligent transformation of constant voltage regulators in the '5G Factory' demonstration project, providing subsidies of up to 500000 yuan to promote the construction of a 'perception decision execution' closed-loop system. Domestic constant voltage regulators are transforming from a single hardware supplier to industrial IoT nodes, supporting the digital upgrading of key infrastructure such as energy, chemical, and water.
