The Chinese drive component industry is accelerating its transition towards intelligent collaboration, real-time interconnection, and global integration under the empowerment of 5G. 5G high bandwidth, low latency (<10ms), and wide connectivity characteristics support millisecond level closed-loop control of core components such as electric drive systems, servo motors, and intelligent electronic control. Enterprises such as Changhong and Jingwei Intelligence have connected AGV, robotic arms, and MES systems through 5G private networks, with a key process wireless rate of over 50% and a human efficiency improvement of over 65%. In the field of new energy, the installed capacity of multi in one electric drives will increase by 91.59% year-on-year in 2025, with six in one and ten in one systems becoming mainstream. Tier1 manufacturers such as Huawei and CRRC rely on 5G-A networks to achieve full lifecycle data feedback and AI predictive maintenance of electric drives, and fault location will be reduced from 'hourly level' to 'minute level'. The White Paper on Empowering New Industrialization with 5G-AxI points out that the integration of 5G-A and AI builds a new foundation of 'intelligent deterministic connection+edge computing power+intelligent operation and maintenance', promoting the upgrade of driving components from a single execution unit to intelligent nodes that are perceptible, decidable, and interactive. The construction of '5G factories' on the policy side is accelerating, with over 1200 high-level 5G factories built nationwide. The driving components, as the core execution layer, are deeply integrated into the 'vehicle electricity network cloud' collaborative ecosystem, supporting the intelligent leap of new energy vehicles, humanoid robots, and high-end equipment.
