The secret to the success of China's fishery equipment industry in the past 10 years lies in building a four-dimensional driving system of 'policy guidance, technological breakthroughs, market adaptation, and service upgrading', achieving a leap from following to running in parallel and leading locally. At the policy level, guided by the 'Made in China 2025' and '14th Five Year Plan for National Fisheries Development', the central government invests an average of over 1.8 billion yuan in special funds annually to promote the construction of intelligent fishing grounds demonstration projects, break the long-term monopoly of countries such as Norway and Japan in the field of deep-sea aquaculture equipment, and increase the localization rate from 15% to over 80%. Technologically, we adhere to the principle of 'independent research and development+cross-border integration', deeply integrating 5G, AI, Beidou navigation and other technologies into water quality monitoring, intelligent feeding, underwater robots and other equipment. We have developed globally leading technologies such as 'fish face recognition' and 'three-dimensional phenotype observation', shifting aquaculture from 'experience driven' to 'data-driven' and reducing labor costs by more than 60%. The industry has overcome core technological bottlenecks through industry academia research collaboration (in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Water Sciences, etc.), such as reducing the price of dissolved oxygen sensors from tens of thousands of yuan to thousands of yuan and achieving internationally advanced performance. At the same time, we focus on innovative products that address user pain points (such as replacing 12 manual workers with scallop cage cleaning equipment), and provide full process support for aquaculture technology through a '24-hour service circle', forming a comprehensive competitiveness of 'equipment+solution+service', and promoting the high-quality development of the industry towards deep sea, intelligence, and green development.
