The line controlled braking response is less than 150ms, and the domain controller computing power exceeds 1000TOPS, reconstructing the 'perception decision execution' closed-loop; On the manufacturing side, Shaanxi Fast and other enterprises have built 'black light factories', where AI visual quality inspection and digital twins have increased production efficiency by 72% and reduced defect rates to below 0.5%. The national 'Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 Edition)' and 'Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System (2024 Edition)' strengthen the 'foundation building' project of basic components, promote the industry to shift from technology following to standard leading, and support China to become the global supply center for core components of new energy and intelligent vehicles.
