In the past decade, the deep integration of China's industrial rubber products industry and new energy industry is driving the comprehensive upgrade of this traditional basic materials field from 'meeting general needs' to 'providing high-value special solutions'. New energy vehicles are the core traction, and strict requirements such as high and low temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and electrolyte resistance are put forward for battery pack seals, high-voltage wire harness sheaths, motor suspensions, etc., which forces rubber companies to develop special material formulas such as hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluororubber, and silicone. In the fields of photovoltaics and wind power, rubber products are widely used in sealing strips for solar panels, cooling gaskets for inverters, and anti-corrosion liners for offshore wind turbine towers. Their weather resistance, insulation, and long-term reliability are crucial. The explosion-proof sealing and thermal management of energy storage systems also heavily rely on special rubber. This demand has driven the industry to transform towards integrated design of 'materials structure function'. Enterprises have overcome multiple 'bottleneck' material technologies through industry university research cooperation and improved quality control through intelligent production lines. The industrial ecology has also shifted from a single product supply to a model of deep binding and collaborative development with leading companies such as CATL and BYD. Under the 'dual carbon' goal, the new energy industry has become the core engine for the high-end and green transformation of industrial rubber products, reshaping its technological path and market pattern.
