AI visual quality inspection stabilizes the yield rate at over 95%, reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to ten years ago, and increases the efficiency of a single production line by 300%. Functional integration has given rise to high value-added products, with electrochromic laminated glass suitable for green buildings, photovoltaic integrated (BIPV) laminated glass achieving a three in one 'power generation safety transparency', new energy vehicle windshields integrating HUD projection and infrared reflection functions, and rail transit specific glass improving impact resistance by 40%. The application scenarios have expanded from building curtain walls to new energy, military and other fields. By 2024, the proportion of functional products will reach 42%, an increase of 23 percentage points from 2018. South Glass's 'zero carbon laminated glass' has a winning rate of 76.4% in projects such as Xiong'an New Area, becoming a typical paradigm for traditional industries to transform into high-end manufacturing.
