Typical scenarios fully penetrate the core production process: Panpan Food achieves 5G+AI visual quality inspection and food safety traceability, with a defect recognition accuracy rate of over 99%; Fangtai Intelligent Kitchen Appliance Factory builds a full chain digital twin system to achieve dynamic optimization of process parameters and precise control of energy consumption; Biyi Electric has deployed a 5G+AGV unmanned logistics system, which has increased material distribution efficiency by 40%. Under the policy promotion of 'Typical Application Practice of 5G Factory in 2025', the cost of 5G modules has been reduced to the level of hundreds of yuan, the threshold for transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises has been significantly lowered, the remote operation and maintenance response time of equipment has been shortened to seconds, and unplanned downtime has decreased by more than 35%. The industry is moving from 'equipment networking' to 'data driven decision-making', forming a new intelligent manufacturing system with 5G as the nerve center, AI as the brain, and edge computing as the end.
