This supports the world's largest solar thermal power plant to be equipped with a 16 hour thermal storage system, with a heat loss rate as low as 2.8%. The national 'Implementation Plan for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction in the Nonferrous Metals Industry' promotes the full integration of PLC+SCADA intelligent control systems into the smelting process, increasing the waste heat recovery rate to 75% and reducing unit energy consumption by 18%. The industry is shifting from 'single machine equipment supply' to 'melting heat storage energy conversion' integrated system integration, building a green manufacturing closed loop covering the three major energy storage systems of lithium, sodium, and molten salt.
