It has been successfully applied to the power battery wiring harness of CATL, improving insulation performance by 40% and reducing weight by 25%; On the process side, Dezhou Yingkai Model has broken through the 1-micron precision weaving technology and led the revision of the national standard 'Metal Wire Braided Mesh', breaking the monopoly of foreign countries on the acoustic network of mobile phone microphones; On the equipment side, Anping Industrial Cluster has deployed the 'Wire Mesh Industry Brain', and Saihang Company has achieved intelligent mass production of 400 mesh copper mesh, with a yield rate jumping to 98%. The products have entered Apple and Huawei cooling systems; On the application side, Donghua University's 'micro tension' weaving technology supports the ultra light metal mesh antenna of the Land Exploration No. 401 satellite, achieving millimeter level signal reception in space. Beijing Thermus Technology has laid out a patent for liquid metal thermal conductivity system, expanding the new boundaries of aerospace thermal control. The industry is shifting from 'expansion in quantity' to 'breakthrough in quality'. Domestic metal woven belts have a penetration rate of over 60% in the three major fields of new energy, communication, and aerospace, becoming a key basic material supporting new quality productivity.
