The introduction of AI simulation and material optimization algorithms in the design phase supports innovation in lightweight and anti slip structures, resulting in a 40% increase in product lifespan. On the supply chain side, relying on digital twin technology (which can draw on the metal furniture model of Jinhu Group), a 'order production logistics' full chain visualization system is constructed to support flexible customization and intelligent scheduling of overseas warehouses.
