The integration of China's monitoring equipment industry and 5G is moving from technical testing to large-scale implementation, forming a full chain intelligent monitoring system of '5G+edge computing+AI+Internet of Things', and promoting the industry to leap from 'passive collection' to 'active early warning', from 'single point monitoring' to 'global collaboration'. By the end of 2025, the number of 5G base stations will reach 4.838 million, the coverage rate of 5G factory production site monitoring applications will exceed 70%, the price of 5G modules will be reduced to the hundred yuan level, and the threshold for digital transformation in the industry will be significantly lowered. The high bandwidth, low latency (within 10ms end-to-end), and wide connectivity characteristics of 5G have solved the pain points of traditional monitoring devices in complex scenarios such as difficult coverage, unstable data transmission, and complex terminal adaptation. It has been widely used in industrial manufacturing, energy and power, environmental monitoring, smart cities, and other fields. In the industrial field, the architecture of '5G private network+edge computing' supports AI visual quality inspection and improves the system efficiency by more than 20%; The power industry solves the problem of transmission line monitoring through 5G IoT solutions; The frequency of data collection in environmental monitoring has been increased to once per minute, which is 10 times higher than traditional methods. At the policy level, the '14th Five Year Plan' for the development of the digital economy and other initiatives are promoting the 'sailing' of 5G applications. New technologies such as integrated sensing and 5G-A are further expanding monitoring boundaries, and base stations are transforming into 'super radars' to achieve airspace management and precise navigation for drones. Currently, the industry is breaking through key technologies for 5G industrial terminal measurement and evaluation, building an independent traceability system, accelerating the deep integration of 5G and monitoring equipment, and empowering the digital upgrading of the real economy.
