China's network infrastructure and new energy industry are accelerating deep integration, building a new energy ecosystem of 'source network load storage' synergy. Driven by policies, the distribution network will have 120 million charging piles and 500 million kilowatts of distributed new energy access capacity by 2025, supporting a 1:1 optimization of the vehicle to pile ratio. 5G private networks have been widely used in intelligent photovoltaic power plants, such as the Yunnan Yuanmou 5G Smart Photovoltaic Project, which achieved millisecond level group control and AI inspection, improving power generation efficiency by 19600 megawatt hours; Jining's million kilowatt distributed photovoltaic system achieves dynamic peak shaving within 150 milliseconds through 5G LAN, solving the problem of reverse overload. The Green Data Center relies on the 'East Data West Computing' project, and the Qingyang project pioneered the green power aggregation direct supply mode, efficiently integrating dispersed clean energy such as wind power and photovoltaics to provide stable low-carbon electricity for the computing power center, with PUE reduced to below 1.2. The charging pile network is deeply integrated with the power Internet of Things, and a supercharging platform based on Java microservice architecture is used to achieve high concurrency scheduling, supporting the construction of a '5-minute energy replenishment circle'. Operators such as Shanghai Mobile are using liquid cooling and AI optimization technologies to reduce PUE in data centers by 3% -5%, achieving a three in one transformation of 'energy conservation, cleanliness, and empowerment'. The current core challenge lies in the lack of unified cross system protocol interoperability and green power trading mechanisms, but the trend of infrastructure integration of 'communication network as energy network' is irreversible.
