The per capita work efficiency has increased by more than 30%, and the defect rate has been reduced to below 0.4%. At the level of digital collaboration, BIM and digital twins are deeply integrated to build a full cycle digital image of 'design production construction'. Through laser scanning and virtual pre assembly technology, millimeter level component matching is achieved, shortening the construction period by 4-6 months and reducing rework rates by over 50%. In the green and low-carbon transformation, steel structures have reduced carbon emissions by more than 40% compared to concrete structures due to their assembly and recyclability characteristics.
