A single robot can weld 400 meters of welds per day, with an efficiency three times that of manual labor. The per capita work efficiency has increased by more than 30%, and the defect rate has been reduced to below 0.4%. At the level of digital collaboration, BIM and digital twins are deeply integrated to build a full cycle digital image of 'design production construction'. Through laser scanning and virtual pre assembly technology, millimeter level component matching is achieved, shortening the construction period by 4-6 months and reducing rework rates by over 50%.
