DEDAOMO.Founded in 2017, DEDAOMO is a professional valve manufacturer with a comprehensive production system. The company’s factory layout is well-organized and fully equipped, featuring 3,000 square meters of machining space, 2,000 square meters of welding space, 1,800 square meters of shot blasting and grinding space, 2,000 square meters of assembly and production space, 1,000 square meters of office space, 800 square meters of dining and accommodation facilities, and 3,900 square meters of warehouse space. To ensure product quality and production efficiency, DEDAOMO is equipped with over 60 advanced production and testing machines, covering the entire process from forging, machining, and welding to shot blasting, assembly, pressure testing, and painting. The equipment includes various CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, welding machines, and cutting equipment, as well as a comprehensive suite of testing instruments such as spectrometers, wall thickness gauges, magnetic particle inspection systems, dye penetrant inspection equipment, carbon-sulfur analyzers, fluid laboratories, and metal impact testing devices. The company’s main products include control valves, gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, steam temperature and pressure reduction units, and turbine bypass units. Valve sizes range from DN15 to DN1200, with nominal pressure ratings from PN10 to PN420 and operating temperatures from -29°C to 610°C. Materials available include carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. In terms of quality management and certification, DEDAOMO has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, as well as EU CE certification and TÜV Rheinland’s ISO 15848-1 low-leakage certification, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to product quality, environmental protection, and safety.
