The company specializes in yield management for integrated circuit manufacturing. Nearly 60% of its workforce consists of R&D personnel, with the core team possessing R&D and management experience from world-class semiconductor companies in the United States, Japan, Europe, and other regions. Its primary products include independently developed nanoscale electron beam inspection (EBI) equipment, critical dimension measurement (CD-SEM) equipment, defect re-inspection (DR-SEM) equipment, and computational lithography EDA products, all representing domestically leading technology. These solutions not only enable domestic substitution for critical equipment but also empower customers to build superior high-end chip manufacturing systems and independent GoldenFlow processes.
