DONGFENG MTP.DONGFENG MTP was established in 1969 and currently employs 895 staff members, including 269 technical personnel. Among these, 75 hold senior technical titles, 7 hold senior-level professional titles, 30 are senior technicians, and 60 are technicians. As a technology- and skill-intensive enterprise, technical and skilled personnel account for 74.9% of the total workforce. DONGFENG MTP comprises four major business divisions: Machine Tools, Welding Equipment, Maintenance, and Digital Intelligent Technology. The new factory campus houses five workshops across these divisions.
