FENGBAO INDUSTRY.FENGBAO INDUSTRY was established on April 24, 2007, and is registered in the National Hongqi Canal Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company occupies a site of over 800,000 square meters and currently employs more than 2,000 people, including 300 mid- to senior-level technical professionals—comprising 190 technical staff, over 80 non-destructive testing personnel, and more than 30 laboratory technicians. The company is a full-process steel enterprise integrating ironmaking, steelmaking, tube rolling, heat treatment, and tube processing. It possesses an annual production capacity of 2.2 million tons of iron and steel, 1.4 million tons of rolled tubes, 750,000 tons of heat-treated products, and 300,000 tons of processed tubes, while maintaining a year-round inventory of 60,000 tons. Currently, the company operates four tube rolling production lines, four heat treatment lines, and six tube processing lines. In addition, Workshop 89 is equipped with dedicated heat treatment lines specifically for bearing tubes and boiler tubes, further enhancing product quality and added value.
