FJZY.FJZY is a company dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of elevators. It has been granted a total of 180 patents, including 8 invention patents, 156 utility model patents, and 15 design patents. The company’s production facility is located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Currently, Phase I of FJZY covers an area of 60,000 square meters, featuring a 6,000-square-meter modern office building, a 40,000-square-meter elevator production workshop, and a 120-meter-tall elevator test tower, with an annual production capacity of 12,000 elevators. Phase II of the facility covers 100,000 square meters and is equipped with automated production lines for steel structure welding, elevator assembly, exterior finishing, and lobby door manufacturing, as well as a steel structure testing platform. It is an international high-tech factory with an annual production capacity of 10,000 steel structure elevators. The company has introduced world-class manufacturing and processing equipment, including a PRIMA laser cutting machine imported from Italy, Accuyshaar CNC shearing and bending machines imported from Canada, an AMADA CNC multi-station punch press imported from Japan, a GEMA large-scale electrostatic powder coating line imported from Switzerland, and OTC welding robots imported from Japan. These high-precision, high-tech devices fully ensure exquisite craftsmanship and high-quality products. Our main products include: passenger elevators, scenic elevators, medical elevators, home elevators, freight elevators, car elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
