GUOLIAN.GUOLIAN was established on June 5, 2002, with its registered location in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The dry-cured cross-linked polyethylene power cables produced by the company not only feature excellent electrical properties and heat resistance, along with high operating temperature tolerance and large transmission capacity, but also simplify cable installation and maintenance while ensuring a clean process. In 1985, China successfully trialed domestically manufactured 63kV high-voltage cross-linked polyethylene power cables at Shenyang Cable Factory, with cable accessories passing acceptance testing by year-end. By integrating advanced design concepts, adopting rational and reliable technical approaches, and utilizing specialized fatigue strength and arc simulation software for calculation and development, GUOLIAN created the OFFSET product (High-Voltage Cable Bridge Laying Expansion Compensation Device). This innovation eliminates excessive tension on cables laid along bridges caused by bridge deck displacement, bending, misalignment. This prevents destructive cable breakage or fracture, resolving a long-standing technical challenge in bridge cable installation. It broke years of foreign technological barriers and has since been successfully applied in multiple key projects.
