JINLIXIN has developed into a specialized enterprise producing stainless steel profiles through an integrated production process encompassing steelmaking, billet preparation, forging, hot rolling, and finishing. We ensure material quality, particularly for various export-grade hot-forged fastener materials, which possess unique quality characteristics. Annual production capacity exceeds 15,000 tons. JINLIXIN primarily manufactures and markets stainless steel ingots, stainless steel round bars, stainless steel bright-finished bars, stainless steel hexagonal bars, stainless steel square bars, and stainless steel angle bars. Our comprehensive product range includes grades: 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 2205, 630 (17-4PH), 410, 420, 416, 430F, 431, and more. These products serve domestic and international industries including petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, mining, machinery, shipbuilding, nuclear power, construction, engineering, and decoration. JINLIXIN's cold finishing workshop has expanded its existing processing equipment with 3 new centerless lathes and 6 centerless grinders. Additionally, it has acquired comprehensive testing equipment including a German SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, hardness/tensile/low-temperature stamping testers, hydrostatic testing apparatus, metallographic microscopes for impact testing, and cryogenic impact testing systems. Building upon its controlling stake in Suzhou Seamless Steel Pipe Factory, the company has completed a large-scale restructuring project, investing 350 million yuan to construct a production line with an annual capacity of 35,000 tons. Featuring a 20-ton electric arc furnace, a 20-ton AOD refining furnace, LF furnace, and VD vacuum furnace, along with several 3-ton and 5-ton gas-shielded electroslag furnaces. Leveraging inherent strengths and initiating collaboration with Baosteel Special Steel, the company specializes in producing alloy steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, nickel-based alloys, and other products, supplying various material grades of pipe billets, continuous cast slabs, and profiles to both new and existing clients. Primary products include: stainless steel wire rods, coils, flange blanks, stainless steel square bars, flat bar series, pickled stainless steel angle bars, hexagonal bar series, pickled stainless steel bar series, and stainless steel bar series.
