Currently, JLSP possesses an internationally advanced and domestically leading production equipment system, including 2 JCOE large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded pipe production lines, 4 hot-bending pipe production lines, 2 large-scale pipe fitting production lines, 2 pipe internal and external anti-corrosion production lines, 4 pipe bending internal and external anti-corrosion processing lines, and 2 valve production lines. This enables the company to provide customers with a full range of products and one-stop services, spanning from large-diameter straight-seam submerged-arc welded pipes, bent pipes, and pipe fittings to internal and external anti-corrosion treatments. The company possesses robust comprehensive production capacity, including: an annual maximum capacity of 800,000 tons for large-diameter straight-seam submerged-arc welded pipes; an annual comprehensive capacity of 8,000 units for hot-bent pipes; an annual comprehensive capacity of 2,000 units for large-scale pipe fittings; and an annual comprehensive capacity of 7.2 million square meters for internal and external anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes. In the valve sector, the company manufactures ball valves in various specifications with diameters ranging from 10 to 56 inches and pressure ratings of CL300/600/900, with an annual production capacity of 1,000 units. Its main products include: straight-seam submerged-arc welded steel pipes, hot-bent pipes, large-diameter pipe fittings, external anti-corrosion coatings for steel pipes, drag-reduction internal coatings for steel pipes, and ball valves.
