JLSP.JLSP was established in April 2000 as a supplier of high-end submerged arc welded steel pipes. JLSP operates China's first JCOE straight seam submerged arc pipe production line. Since commencing operations in 2002, it has filled domestic gaps in X70, X80, X90, X100, and X120 steel grade straight seam submerged arc pipes, as well as X70 and X80 high-strain pipelines and X65 subsea pipeline-grade straight seam submerged arc pipes. JLSP currently operates two internationally advanced and domestically leading JCOE large-diameter submerged arc welded steel pipe production lines, four hot-bent pipe production lines, two large-scale pipe fitting production lines, two steel pipe internal and external anti-corrosion production lines, four bent pipe internal and external anti-corrosion processing lines, and two valve production lines. It provides customers with a full range of products and services including large-diameter submerged arc welded pipes, bent pipes, pipe fittings, and anti-corrosion solutions. Key production capacities include: - Maximum annual output of 800,000 tons for large-diameter submerged arc welded pipes - Annual comprehensive capacity of 8,000 hot-bent pipes - Annual comprehensive capacity of 2,000 large pipe fittings - Annual comprehensive capacity of 7.2 million square meters for internal/external pipe coating - Annual comprehensive capacity of 1,000 sets of ball valves (10-56 inches diameter, CL300/600/900 specifications) Key products include: submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipes, hot-bent pipes, large pipe fittings, external anti-corrosion coatings for steel pipes, internal drag-reducing coatings for steel pipes, and ball valves.
