The company occupies a site of 45 mu (approximately 3 hectares) with a building area of 20,000 square meters and possesses an annual design and manufacturing capacity of 10,000 tons of valves. To ensure product quality and production efficiency, KAYTS is equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machining centers, submersible pressure testing stations, and automatic spraying and drying lines. The company strictly adheres to domestic and international design and manufacturing standards, including GB, JB, JIS, API, DIN, and EN, and has established a product portfolio centered on ball valves, covering a wide range of types such as axial check valves, pigging valves, gate valves, ball valves, and check valves. With a wide range of product specifications, KAYTS manufactures over 1,000 different valve models, with sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 52 inches and pressure ratings from 150 psi to 2,500 psi, capable of meeting the demands of various industrial applications. Currently, KAYTS has established close partnerships with over 20 countries worldwide. Thanks to their reliable performance, products such as ball valves are widely used in industries including natural gas, petrochemicals, pipeline transportation, metallurgy, and power generation.
