KLV (KELE VALVE) was founded in 2020 and is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is an enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of power plant valves. The company has successfully developed a variety of light torque, high-temperature, and high-pressure globe valves. The improved valves have reduced the opening or closing torque by about 70% compared to traditional valves, effectively solving the problem of difficult opening and closing under high-pressure conditions. At the same time, the sealing performance is more reliable and the sensitivity is higher. Among them, forged valves are lightweight and easy to maintain. All valves are tightly sealed, and the high-pressure protection system is designed reasonably and operates quickly, effectively ensuring the safety of the main engine; The large-diameter high-pressure valve adopts an impact handwheel, which improves operational sensitivity and reduces labor intensity. At the same time, it adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, which is small in size, easy to disassemble and assemble, and safe and reliable. To adapt to the development of domestic power industry and the demand for supporting power plant boilers, KLV has manufactured a variety of supporting valves suitable for 300MW and 600MW subcritical parameters. The main products include high-temperature and high-pressure globe valves, gate valves, and check valves for power plants.
