MED.MED was established on April 16, 2010, with its registered location in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. MED has long been dedicated to the research and development of valves for the petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, hydropower, and thermal power sectors. The company occupies an area of over 30,000 square meters, with a registered capital of 100.58 million yuan. It employs over 100 staff members and produces more than 6,000 tons of valves annually. Through decades of dedicated effort, the company has established a comprehensive valve product portfolio centered on gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, check valves, plug valves, and control valves. These valves feature maximum sizes up to 40', pressure ratings up to 2500LB, and operating temperature ranges from -196°C to 350°C. Materials encompass carbon steel, cryogenic carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, high-temperature alloy steel, MONEL, INCONEL, Hastelloy, and titanium alloys. The valves' structure, performance, and quality have reached advanced levels comparable to similar products globally and are widely recognized by domestic and international customers. MED possesses comprehensive machining and inspection equipment, including various high-precision, large-scale machining centers, CNC machine tools, and specialized equipment such as horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, gantry machining centers, and horizontal boring and milling machines. Material testing equipment includes PMI, tensile testing, impact testing, metallographic microscopes, and non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant inspection. Specialized testing equipment covers low-leakage tests and vacuum tests. MED has successively obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications, along with API6D and API607 certifications from the American Petroleum Institute, EU CE/PED certification, and the National Pressure Pipeline Component Safety Registration Certificate (TS).
