Equipped with high-end CNC machine tools, grinding machines, automatic capping machines, and a full suite of automated equipment, MONVA rigorously inspects valves in strict compliance with American API standards and European EN standards. The intrinsic quality of castings is the critical safeguard for the pressure safety of industrial valves within pipeline systems. MONVA operates a specialized precision casting production line utilizing the silica sol process, capable of casting materials including CF8M, CF8, CF3M, WCB, and various customer-specific alloys. Through rigorous quality control across all stages—automated wax injection, pattern assembly, robotic shell forming, casting, material analysis, and inspection—casting precision achieves CT3 grade or higher, maintaining a high-end position within the industry.
