ANCN independently developed the fourth generation of explosion-proof inspection robots, using the “look, smell, ask and cut” four diagnostic mode, with intelligent meter reading, leakage detection, abnormal temperature monitoring and voice recognition and other functions. Its high-definition camera can read meter data with 95% accuracy, gas sensor can detect 3ppm dangerous gas, and laser methane sensor can accurately detect leakage. With 3D laser navigation and a four-wheel, eight-wheel drive design, the robot can climb 30-degree slopes and adapt to complex terrain. Since the first unit went into production in 2019, it has completed a total of 56 million inspections at more than 80 oil and gas field stations across the country, with a market share of more than 40% and an annual sales growth rate of more than 30%.ANCN owns more than 20 invention patents and six national explosion-proof certificates, and in the future, it plans to develop explosion-proof quadrupedal or humanoid robots to achieve all-terrain coverage.
