In 2019, CHERVON proactively expanded into Vietnam in anticipation of the US-China trade friction. In 2020, its Binh Duong factory began production (with an initial annual capacity of 320,000 OPE units), and by 2022, it achieved production of one million units. Currently, Vietnam has established a closed-loop supply chain with over 100 suppliers and is accelerating its transition to smart manufacturing. In July 2025, the Phase III project will be established at the BDIP Industrial Park in Ho Chi Minh City, which will significantly reduce tariff costs for exports to the US upon commencement of operations. Concurrently, Quanfeng integrated the German FLEX factory into Nanjing (saving 20 million euros annually) and will gradually transfer Nanjing's production capacity to Vietnam, aiming to meet 50% of U.S. export demand by the end of 2025. Leveraging five major brands including EGO and lithium-ion battery technology, the Vietnam base has become the core of its “smart manufacturing + global brand” strategy, driving the cordless transformation of the OPE industry (with lithium-ion battery penetration rates of 20-30%). It is expected to serve as a key engine for profit growth in the future.
