CHUANYI VALVE(CQCY)has successfully completed the large-scale delivery of a new batch of its independently developed PDS high-frequency ball valves in March 2025, with 168 units passing third-party supervision and user acceptance. The R&D team spent over 100 days overcoming technical challenges such as the processing of 16-inch large-diameter valve bodies and achieving a service life of over one million cycles. CHUANYI VALVE (CQCY) achieved performance on par with international standards through 3D modeling simulation, supply chain optimization (reducing procurement cycles by 50%), and cross-departmental collaboration. The product has been operating stably for 40 months at the Dushansi Petrochemical Polypropylene Plant, completing over 3 million high-frequency opening and closing cycles. Its wear resistance and control precision have reached international advanced levels. This delivery further validates the domestic production capabilities across the entire supply chain, providing empirical support for the replacement of critical equipment in the petrochemical industry.
