Over the past decade, China's bearing industry has undergone an intelligent revolution centered on 'digital and intelligent integration', accelerating its transition from traditional manufacturing to a high-end, precise, and autonomously controllable modern industrial system. Driven by the national 'Smart Manufacturing 2025' strategy and local policies, leading enterprises such as WZB, LZB, and HAZ have comprehensively deployed intelligent production lines. HAZ has achieved a daily production capacity of 1,400 sets per single line, with labor accounting for 75% less; technologies such as AI visual inspection, digital twin simulation, and predictive maintenance have been deeply integrated into the research and development (R&D) and manufacturing processes. Smart bearings equipped with built-in sensors can monitor 12 parameters including temperature and vibration in real time, with predictive maintenance accuracy exceeding 92%, and the fault diagnosis time compressed from 48 hours to 2 hours. Fields such as new energy, wind power, and aviation have given rise to customized demands. Materials such as ceramic bearings, magnetic levitation bearings, and green steel smelting have broken through international monopolies. Industrial clusters in Xinchang and Luoyang have formed a closed loop of 'R&D-manufacturing-service'. The full-chain digital platform (such as U9 cloud) has achieved integration of 'research, production, supply, sales, and finance'. In 2024, the industry's output increased by 16.77% year-on-year, and the localization rate of high-end products has significantly improved. China is moving from being a 'manufacturing powerhouse' to a 'smart manufacturing powerhouse'.
