The integration of China's smart consumer device industry with 5G has entered a deep collaborative stage, forming an intelligent ecosystem based on high bandwidth, low latency, and wide connectivity technology. In 2024, the size of China's smart device market will reach 1.71 trillion yuan, and it is expected to exceed 2.09 trillion yuan by 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of over 22%. Among them, 39.1% of netizens have purchased smart wearables, smart homes and other devices. Under the support of 5G network, devices have moved from 'single product intelligence' to 'spatial intelligence'. For example, Haier relies on 5G private network slicing to achieve full factor interconnection of factories, while enterprises such as Xiaomi and Huawei integrate 5G modules on a large scale, promoting the closed-loop of AIoT ecosystem. On the consumer end, the 5G-A network makes immersive experiences such as 4K video streaming, AI generated coffee latte art, and AR fitting everyday. 5G RedCap technology accelerates the popularization of lightweight devices such as smart bracelets and car terminals with its low-cost and low-power characteristics. The integration of AI and 5G has given rise to an active service model, with 72% of consumers willing to pay a premium for AI functions. Smart devices are shifting from responding to commands to anticipating demand. Currently, the trend of integration is extending from households to health monitoring, smart retail, and digital tourism, building a closed-loop system of 'perception decision execution' and promoting the transition of consumer electronics to service-oriented and scenario based.
