The integration of China's automation equipment industry and AI is accelerating from 'execution automation' to 'cognitive autonomy', forming an intelligent upgrade path with AI visual inspection, predictive maintenance, and adaptive control as the three pillars. AI visual inspection has fully replaced manual quality inspection. The AI algorithm platforms launched by companies such as Huicui Intelligence, Anrui, and Yahong have achieved micrometer level defect recognition and full-size measurement, with a detection accuracy of 0.001mm and a decrease of over 90% in false detection rate; In the field of predictive maintenance, China has taken the lead in developing the world's first IEC 63270-1 international standard. Companies such as Kangli Elevator have achieved 72 hour early warning of equipment failures through multimodal sensors and digital twin technology, reducing operation and maintenance costs by 40%; In terms of adaptive control, companies such as Estun and Huichuan Technology have built a 'perception decision execution' closed-loop system based on their self-developed controllers and servo systems, enabling industrial robots to have the ability of disorderly grasping, dynamic obstacle avoidance, and multi machine collaboration. It is widely used in high-precision scenarios such as new energy battery assembly and semiconductor packaging. At the policy level, the Implementation Opinions of the 'Artificial Intelligence+Manufacturing' Special Action clearly promote the deep application of 3-5 universal large models in the manufacturing field, with the goal of cultivating 1000 benchmark enterprises. In 2025, China's industrial robot exports will increase by 48.7% year-on-year, achieving net exports for the first time, with a localization rate exceeding 50%. AI enabled automation equipment is being exported globally from 'Made in China' to 'Made in China'.
