The integration of China's automotive parts industry with 5G is accelerating the restructuring of the manufacturing system and the connected car ecosystem, forming a new intelligent pattern of 'end edge cloud' collaboration. On the manufacturing side, 5G private networks enable wireless interconnection of factory equipment, and enterprises such as Changan, Dongfeng, and Wanxiang Precision have built 5G fully connected factories. AGV collaboration, AI visual quality inspection, and mechanical arm linkage achieve millisecond level response, improving quality inspection efficiency by 200 times. The fault response cycle has been compressed from 72 hours to within 2 hours, and the CNC rate of key processes continues to rise. In the field of connected vehicles, T-Box, as the core communication module, has achieved a breakthrough in localization. Jinlong T-BOX has passed three national standard certifications and supports 5G remote control, OTA upgrade, and V2X communication. By 2025, the 5G configuration adoption rate has reached 27.14%, far exceeding V2X's 3.20%, becoming a standard configuration for intelligent connected vehicles. The Implementation Plan for Digital Transformation of the Automotive Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology defines that the numerical control rate of key processes will exceed 70% by 2027, and promote the '5G+industrial Internet' to deeply penetrate the whole link of R&D, production and supply chain. By 2024, the industry scale will reach 5 trillion yuan, with intelligent connected components accounting for over 50%, and the growth rate of laser radar, domain controllers, and other technologies exceeding 50%. 5G is upgrading from a communication pipeline to the 'nerve center' of intelligent vehicles.
