Over the past decade, China's building materials equipment industry has undergone an intelligent revolution driven by policy, technological breakthroughs, and scenario implementation, achieving a fundamental transition from 'mechanical substitution for human labor' to 'data-driven autonomous decision-making.' Guided by the 'Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Building Materials Industry' and the 'Work Plan for Digital Transformation of the Raw Materials Industry (2024-2026),' the industry has accelerated the establishment of an intelligent standard system covering the entire design, production, and operation and maintenance chain, with over 50 national standards for intelligent manufacturing in areas such as cement, glass, and ceramics being issued. Leading enterprises such as Conch Cement have built the world's first 'data-driven closed-loop intelligent factory' at their Zongyang factory, deploying 208 AI models and connecting over 10,000 devices, achieving unmanned mine car marshalling operations, automatic optimization of clinker production parameters, and full-process sampling analysis by quality control robots. This has led to a 11.1% increase in production efficiency and a 1.07% decrease in coal consumption per ton. Sinoma International, through its intelligent production and operation and maintenance platform, integrates the Internet of Things, industrial internet, and AI, providing 'cloud-edge-device' collaborative predictive maintenance and energy efficiency optimization services for over 200 cement lines worldwide, with both equipment networking and digital control rates reaching 100%. Intelligent packaging, automatic palletizing, and unmanned logistics systems have been widely adopted in areas such as ceramic tiles and insulation materials, reducing labor by over 70% per production line, driving the industry's transformation from 'high energy consumption and heavy labor' to 'zero carbon, unmanned, and high precision.' China's building materials equipment is moving from 'global manufacturing' to becoming a leader in 'global intelligent manufacturing.'.
