Through flexible production lines, it can switch between different vehicle models within one hour, supporting the annual production of tens of thousands of products; Xinyi Glass collaborates with Huawei Cloud to build a digital twin platform, bridging the data silos between OT and IT, achieving real-time 3D monitoring and remote collaborative operation and maintenance of production lines, and increasing equipment utilization by 22%; Southern Glass Group has fully implemented natural gas fuel, waste heat power generation, and photovoltaic power generation. Four production lines have reached the national energy efficiency benchmark level, with unit energy consumption reduced by 18% and self generated electricity accounting for over 32%; Relying on the '5G+Industrial Internet', Zoomlion Glass has built a full process intelligent factory, with the numerical control rate of key equipment reaching 96%, the production efficiency improving by 25%, and the defective rate of first-class products dropping by 63.3%. As high value-added growth poles, photovoltaics and electronic glass have forced production lines to upgrade towards ultra-thin, high transparency, and intelligent technologies, with high value-added products accounting for over 45% of revenue. The industry is moving from 'manufacturing glass' to 'defining smart materials', promoting China to become a global hub for intelligent glass manufacturing standards.
