The Chinese petroleum equipment industry is accelerating its deep integration with the new energy industry, driving the transformation of traditional oil and gas exploration and development towards an integrated energy system encompassing 'oil, gas, thermal power, and hydrogen'. PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, leveraging their advantages in oil and gas field land, pipeline networks, well sites, and energy consumption load, have deployed distributed photovoltaic (PV), wind power, geothermal, and energy storage projects on a large scale. For instance, Changqing Oilfield has established 33 PV power stations, generating over 34 million kWh of electricity annually, while Daqing Oilfield has achieved a green electricity self-consumption rate of 70%. CNOOC's 'Haiyou Guanlanhao' floating wind power platform has successfully supplied power to the oil field clusters in the South China Sea, pioneering a new collaborative model of 'wind power + gas power + smart grid'. At the equipment level, electric drilling rigs have fully replaced diesel power, and key equipment such as hydrogen compressors, CCUS capture devices, and intelligent microgrid control systems have achieved breakthroughs in localization, with a localization rate exceeding 98%. The National Energy Administration's 'Action Plan for Accelerating the Integrated Development of Oil and Gas Exploration and Development and New Energy (2023-2025)' explicitly supports technological paths such as green hydrogen production, hydrogen blending in pipelines, and carbon capture and oil displacement, promoting the transition of oil and gas enterprises from energy producers to comprehensive service providers. Currently, the three major oil companies are experiencing an average annual growth rate of over 50% in new energy installed capacity, with hydrogen production capacity exceeding 4.5 million tons annually. Their hydrogen refueling station network ranks first globally, and the integration model has moved from pilot demonstration to large-scale replication.
